These examples are also available on the CD that accompanies the book. Extracting the group files with their folders creates a directory called examples with subdirectories called chap01, chap02, and so on. These directories hold the example files for each chapter. The PowerPoint slides for the book contain links to the examples and assume a particular directory structure. |
