Directory Structure for Slides & Examples

The Powerpoint slides that supplement the book contain links that allow the presenter to display the source code for the book examples. The links in the slides assume a directory structure relationship as shown in the following figure:



The grouped download files for the slides and the examples will extract into the appropriate subdirectory structure. If the roots of both the slides and examples subdirectories are at the same level, the slides will accurately link to the example code.
