The program examples from the textbook can be downloaded using
the following links. The download files are compressed
and include any necessary supporting files such as images, sounds,
and html drivers.

These examples are also available on the CD that accompanies the
book. Consult the Example Modification
Log to see what changes have been made. The files available
here for download reflect the changes listed in the log.
Extracting the group files with their folders creates a directory
called examples with subdirectories called chap01,
chap02, and so on. These directories hold the example files
for each chapter. The PowerPoint slides
for the book contain links to the source code of the examples and
assume a particular relative directory
structure.
