Slide / Example Directory Structure

The Powerpoint presentation slides that supplement the book contain links that allow the presenter to dynamically display the source code for the book examples.

The links in the slides assume a directory structure relationship as shown in the following figure:




The grouped download files for the slides and the examples will extract into the appropriate subdirectory structure. If the roots of both the slides and examples subdirectory structures are at the same level, the slide links will be able to find the example code. The directory in which these subdirectories are contained is irrelevant.
